Hybrid comes in pancakes, too. Dutch baby pancake is a pancake plus crepe, and a popover. I had this baby at a bed and breakfast inn in Paso Robles callled Comus House.
Owned by the same owners of Denner Wines, Comus House feels like you own a fully furnished second home where you can see the vineyard workers trek in between vines, climbing up and scaling down the wine land; where your Grenache and Syrah happen to be born; where you lay your eyes on the wide horizon with unobstructed views of green and skies; be suddenly hungry at 7:00 am hoping there's a Dutch baby waiting on the dining table; or race back from a day of wineroom-hopping for a delectable array of charcuterie, cheeses, or small bites for a happy hour at 4:30. Why would I want to miss all that?
